During Christmas and New Year Holiday, there is some shortage of the staff in the office and some delay on the courier pickup / transit.
Please allow about 1 week process time or courier pickup time if you place the order between 21 Dec 2023 to 1 Jan 2024.
If the order pickup status does not update during 21 Dec 2023 and 1 Jan 2024, please recheck the courier status or tracking status after 1st Jan 2024.
