Return Window

You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How Will Customers Receive the Return Label?

For Defective Products

(Examples: incorrect item received, carrier-damaged item, or confirmed product defect)

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We will send you a return label and tracking number.
  • Please print or clearly write the information and include it when sending the parcel back to us.

For Customer Remorse

(Examples: wrong item purchased, item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the product)

  • The customer is responsible for returning the product safely.
  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the product price (minimum $7.99) will apply.
  • If the product packaging is damaged, an additional repackaging fee may be charged.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Credit Card Service Fee (Non-Refundable) — For Customer Remorse

Credit card processing fees charged by the payment gateway provider are not refunded.

Although we cover the credit card service fee for successful transactions, this fee is not returned to us when a transaction is refunded due to customer remorse.

When we issue a refund (full or partial), the payment gateway and the bank retain the original processing fee for the entire original transaction amount. This policy applies to both full and partial refunds because payment processing costs occur even if a transaction is later refunded.

Therefore, the credit card processing fee (approximately 3.4% + NZD $0.45) of the original full payment amount will be deducted from the refund total for customer remorse returns.

For defective product, wrong shipping, or loss/damage during transit, we will be responsible for the credit card service fee.

Return Authorisation (RA) Process

At Inksale.co.nz, we’re committed to providing quality products at everyday low prices. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.

  • Before returning any item, please contact us to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Returns cannot be accepted without an RA number.
  • The RA number is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
  • When sending items back, please include the RA number inside the package.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
