Return and Refund Policy

Return window:  30 days from delivery



How will customers get the return label?

 

*For defective products (This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or is proven to be defective in another way):  we will pay for the shipping cost for return.  Normally, we will send you a label and a tracking number, please write it or print it and send the parcel back to us.

 **For customer remorse (This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item):  It is the customer's responsibility for return the product safely.   The customer needs pay the shipping cost to return.   The customer needs to pay re-stock fee at 20% of the product cost (at least $7.99) for restocking.   If the package of the product was broken, the customer might need to pay the re-package cost. 



At inksale.co.nz, we endeavor to provide you with our quality products at everyday low prices. We understand that there could be circumstances where you need to return a purchase from us.

To return a product, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without an Inksale.co.nz RA number, which is valid for 30 days from the issue date. When posting goods back to us, the RA number is to be enclosed with your items. 



Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

How to Return:

Each return MUST have an RMA number before you send the parcel to us.
