These terms apply to goods supplied by InkSale Limited through inksale.co.nz, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the product, payment, delivery and returns information presented at checkout.

2. Products and compatibility
We sell compatible printer consumables and related supplies. Compatibility information is provided to help you choose, but you are responsible for checking the complete printer model and the cartridge, toner, drum, label or tape number before ordering. Please read the product description, available options and stated regional compatibility before purchase.
Page yields are guides only. Actual yield depends on printer settings, print coverage, use patterns and other conditions.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Product availability, specifications and prices may change. We take reasonable care to keep website information current, but if a material price, availability or specification error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is a request to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not guarantee that stock is available or that the order has been accepted for dispatch. Payment options are shown at checkout. For bank-transfer orders, dispatch occurs after payment is received and matched to the order.
5. Delivery
Delivery information, charges and free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout and explained on our Shipping and Delivery page. Please give us a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, public holidays, rural delivery and other events outside our control.
6. Returns and remedies
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to report an incorrect, missing, damaged or faulty product and how discretionary change-of-mind returns are handled. Please contact us before returning a product.
7. Consumer guarantees and business purchases
Where you acquire goods as a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand law apply and cannot be excluded except where the law allows. If goods are acquired in trade by a business, any agreement to contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act must meet the legal requirements, including being in writing and being fair and reasonable.
8. Warranties
Any product warranty is in addition to rights that cannot legally be excluded. If you have a problem with a compatible cartridge or another product, please contact us promptly with your order number and product details. We may ask for reasonable information or testing to identify the cause and determine an appropriate remedy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to future purchases from the date it is published. Changes do not affect rights and obligations that already apply to an accepted order, unless required by law or agreed with you.
