Shipping and delivery
We deliver across New Zealand from Auckland. Our aim is to dispatch in-stock orders promptly and keep you informed with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery within New Zealand
- Orders placed before 3:00 pm on a business day are normally prepared for courier collection that day or early the next business day.
- Delivery to main towns and cities is commonly the next business day after collection. Rural and smaller-town deliveries can take longer.
- We deliver to rural addresses and PO Boxes. Please provide your complete address, including your RD number where applicable.
- You will receive a dispatch email with tracking when tracking is available. Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive.
Shipping charges
We offer free New Zealand shipping, including rural delivery, for orders of NZ$99.99 or more when the free-shipping option is selected at checkout. For orders below NZ$99.99, the applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.
If you qualify for free shipping, please select the free-shipping option at checkout. Selecting another delivery option may add a charge.
International delivery and collection
International delivery may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote and delivery options. If you would like to collect an order, contact us first to arrange a suitable time; any applicable collection charge will be confirmed before payment.
If your order is delayed
Please contact us with your order number and delivery address. We will review the tracking and help follow up with the carrier where appropriate.
