Any order received before 3.00pm during the weekday will be ready for courier pick up at the same day or early next morning. Most of the order will usually arrive in the main towns or cities the next business day after courier pickup. Allow up to three to four working days for smaller towns or rural addresses. We use Courier Post or Aramex or posthaste for deliveries. You will receive a email with the track link to help you track the delivery. Please check the email (include the spam folder) to the email notification.

For order amount reach $79.99, we offer New Zealand wide (include rural) free shipping. For order less than $79.99, shipping cost is $7.92
When your order is quality for free shipping (order amount reach $79.99), please do choose ‘free shipping’ option when you check out. If you choose 'flat shipping', the shipping cost might be added.
In addition, we deliver to Post Office boxes and rural delivery addresses. For rural delivery addresses, please ensure we have your Rural Delivery (RD) number and any additional information to assist us getting your order to you as soon as possible. For remote address, please check the correct address or suitable address with NZ post address finder to make sure the address is correct.
